Jackson Young Professionals ("JxnYP"), the organization that brought you the Bright Walls Mural Festival, is excited to launch its newest festival, TOPIA Art + Technology fest. Last year’s prototype festival (previously called ETA) was an excellent primer on how to create meaningful experiences at the intersection of tech and art. The expanded, multi-day TOPIA festival will be free to attend and will feature a variety of interactive and immersive art installations, as well as live music and unique hands-on educational opportunities for “students” of all ages.

 

We appreciate your help making the festival a success! This form will gather information on what you are interested in helping with, and getting a sense of your availability so we can create a schedule that will work for everyone.

 

Official festival dates are September 6, 2024, and there are also opportunities to help before and after.

 

Volunteers can partake in a variety of ways including:

• Pre-festival Promotion & Outreach: Month prior to the festival - dates TBD, but has some flexibility

• Drivers: to and from the airport and to and from hotel - dates/times TBD

• Festival Prep: Tentatively August 19-30 and September 3-4

• Clean Up Day: August 31

• Festival Set Up: September 4-5

• During the festival: September 6

• Festival Tear Down: September 7
